Lifestyle Guide - Public Yoga - Massage&Body Balance


A lot of people know they want to make lifestyle changes, but don’t know where to start and often have a lack of motivation or have so many stresses in their life that they have found an “unhealthy” way to destress that doesn’t really benefit them overall.- basically it seems too hard on their own. As a Lifestyle Guide we are mapping the route together and then I will walk with you. This can be done as a “live-in-Lifestyle-Guide” or me coming to your place a few times during the day for an agreed period of time until you feel you have established a new habit that you are happy with - meaning you don’t need me anymore.

Wednesday Yoga in Bardon from 09 Jan - 13 March 2019 (10 week course, but you can also attend on a casual basis) Where: Bardon Oasis on Coopers Camp Road on Wednesdays 6.30pm - 7.45pm.

Saturday morning Park Yoga: starting 7am - 8am during the summer months. Where: Bardon in Jubilee Park (opposite end of playground under the trees) on Saturday mornings 7-8am. 


Slow down - Balance - Focus LIVE YOGA !!
The classes consist of postures (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama), relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditation (practices of pratyahara).

Yoga postures (asanas)
taught in class begin gently and are explored in a non-competitive atmosphere with an emphasis on awareness. The postures help to invigorate the body, improve health and flexibility and remove tensions.

Breathing practices (pranayama)
Aim to awaken, balance and expand the life energy within us. The practices induce relaxation and help ease mental and emotional disturbances.

Relaxation practices 
Guided systematic relaxation practices like Yoga Nidra, allow the mind as well as the body to have a deep rest. It is very beneficial for people with a never stopping chattering mind or just to give oneself a break and go deep within.

Please bring a large towel or wooden blanket to lie on. Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach. So it is recommended not to eat up to 2 hours before class if possible. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class.


Shaktiprem has over 17 years experience working with different body balancing techniques including remedial, holistic, therapeutic and relaxation massage as well as hip alignment, reflexology and pregnancy massage

Massage is available in Bardon or as a mobile service.

Initial consultation includes thorough assessment of health & wellbeing as well as setting goals and a free hip alignment.
