What makes your yoga "sadhana" (practice) more than stretching exercises? Understanding the interplay between what we hear and call so often the "body-mind-spirit connection" so that when doing yoga it is not just a helpful physical exercise.

After experiencing a balanced yoga session everyone will design their own practice they can do on a regular basis without being overwhelmed.
